How to cook Bingham's Bacon Bombs

How to cook

All of Bingham's Bacon Bombs© are best cooked on a smoker or in an an oven. Leave the Bomb uncovered while cooking allowing the bacon to crisp during cooking. After your bomb reaches the desired temperature, remove the bomb and cover with foil letting the meat rest for 10 minutes. After the resting period simply cut off the tied netting and slice the bomb into portion sized cuts.

*If you want to crisp up your bacon set your oven to broil for 5 minutes after the bomb is done cooking.
